Part 2, roller skating: the Roller Derby Championship in Madison Square Garden. Part 3, Sec. of Defense Johnson praises the motion picture industry's aid to the armed services in a speech at the Nat'l Convention of Theater owners of America. Part 4, shows the steamship Noronii afire at a Toronto pier, firemen fighting the blaze, rescue workers removing the bodies of passengers who perished, relatives attempting to identify bodies at the morgue, the injured in hospitals, and the ruins of the Noronii.

Louis Arthur Johnson (January 10, 1891 – April 24, 1966) was an American politician and attorney who served as the second United States Secretary of Defense from 1949 to 1950.
